Your experience will involve:
- 3 – 5 years as an eLearning Instructional Designer delivering blended learning solutions
- You will be incredibly digitally savvy, and keen to produce ‘outside the box’ solutions for clients
- Conducting in depth content analysis and identifying gaps
- Documenting High Level Design and Storyboards
- Supporting our awesome development team onshore and offshore
- In-depth understanding of most commonly used Learning Management Systems
- Always ahead of the game in terms of self-upskilling across the latest eLearning trends
- Working in a fast-paced dynamic Digital Industry juggling multiple facets of a learning program
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Captivate
Your experience will involve:
- 2 – 3 years as an eLearning Quality Analyst
- Experience developing test strategies, test plans and test cases
- Knowledge of QA methodology and industry-standard testing and bug tracking tools like JIRA/Bugzilla
- Good understanding of most commonly used Learning Management Systems(LMS)
- Ability to accurately articulate issues and recreate defects on different devices and OS
- Ability to collaborate with software engineers and understand technical terms
